EVOLARIC AI FRONT DESK / FOR SERVICE BUSINESSES

Every enquiry deserves
a clear next step.

A proposed website assistant for service businesses with repeat customer questions. Help visitors find approved answers, explain what they need and reach the right person on your team.

STARTING SCOPE

One website. One agreed enquiry journey.

KNOWLEDGE SOURCE

Your approved business FAQ.

HUMAN OWNER

A named person for follow-up.

01 / WHAT THE PILOT WOULD COVER

A useful first layer.
A person when it matters.

Designed for service businesses receiving repeat questions about what they do, how to get started and whom to contact.

01 / ANSWER

Your information,
clearly explained.

A proposed knowledge set built from the service information and frequently asked questions your team reviews and approves.

02 / UNDERSTAND

An enquiry with
useful context.

An agreed path to gather the visitor’s need and permitted contact details, with a clear purpose for each item requested.

03 / HAND OVER

A clear route
to your team.

A defined handoff when a visitor asks for a person or a question needs a decision beyond the approved information.

The first scope is website enquiries. Phone answering, appointment booking, payments and business-system integrations would need separate design, testing and agreement.

02 / THE PROPOSED CUSTOMER JOURNEY

From a first question
to a useful conversation.

The example below illustrates the intended experience. Our guided demonstration uses prepared sample content and sends no enquiry.

  1. Ask about the business.

The visitor sees a clear AI-assistant introduction and asks about the services described in the approved knowledge set.

  2. Clarify the need.

The assistant provides a relevant answer or explains when the question needs a person. The visitor can choose to request follow-up.

  3. Prepare the handoff.

A concise enquiry summary and an agreed contact method give the named team member the context needed to respond.

  4. Review what happened.

The pilot review examines answer quality, incomplete journeys, handoff delivery and operating cost before considering a wider rollout.

03 / THE FIRST ENGAGEMENT

One enquiry journey.
A feasibility outline.

Bring your website, common customer questions and current follow-up process.

The intended output: a short outline of the approved content, enquiry fields, handoff owner and open questions, so we can assess whether a focused pilot is feasible.

  • Your website and customer: who visits, what they need and where enquiries currently stall.
  • Approved content: service information, common questions, boundaries and the person responsible for keeping answers current.
  • A follow-up owner: the person or team that receives handoffs and the response expectations to communicate.
  • Data and technology choices: permitted enquiry fields, handling and retention, hosting and provider suitability.
  • An agreed pilot plan: language, test cases, success criteria, operating costs, support and commercial terms.

BEFORE WE TALK

A few practical answers.

Can I buy or activate AI Front Desk today?

AI Front Desk is in development. You can explore the proposed scope and discuss a pilot. A live deployment would follow agreed requirements, testing, data handling, support responsibilities and commercial terms.

Is the demonstration a live AI service?

No. It is a guided demonstration using prepared scenarios and sample responses. It illustrates an answer and handoff journey; it does not invoke a live AI model, collect an enquiry or send a message.

What happens if the assistant does not know an answer?

The proposed behavior is to explain the limit and offer the agreed route to a person. How this works, including unavailable staff and out-of-hours enquiries, would be defined and tested for the pilot.

Will it answer phone calls or book appointments?

The first proposed pilot covers one website enquiry journey. Phone answering and booking would be separate phases, with their own integration, testing, permissions and operating arrangements.

Could the pilot support Arabic and English?

We can discuss the languages your customers use. Each language would require approved content and suitable evaluation before it is included in a live pilot; bilingual availability is not yet confirmed.

How would pricing and success be defined?

Live service pricing is not published. Scope, usage, support responsibilities, operating costs and commercial terms would be assessed for the proposed pilot. Evaluation would cover answer quality, completed handoffs and cost per enquiry; no results are claimed by the demonstration.

What should I send in the first enquiry?

Your website, the questions visitors ask most often, your current follow-up process and the outcome you want to improve. A short description is enough to start; customer records and confidential documents are not needed for this initial discussion.

LET’S DEFINE THE FIRST USEFUL STEP

Start with your website.
Shape a focused pilot.

Share the questions your team answers repeatedly and how you want customers to reach you. We’ll use that starting point to explore fit and scope.
